(OC) production resources and solutions. We produce Data Management
services that are technology and process based working on
our OC systems, and using standardized processes and procedures.
This method of operation allows us to focus on production
of the Data Management functional services and add significant
value by increasing utilization.
The company is organized
into five Functional Service Units (FSUs):

Within
each FSU, there are dedicated resources working on our OC
system producing standard deliverables for BioCAB
clients. Since we are focused on Data Management functional services
production, we have a flat organizational structure with
a single tier of non-production management. This allows
us to reduce overhead costs and maintain a very high level
of utilization.
By using standard systems, processes and procedures, Client
Associated Businesses can focus on production of Data Management
functional services. This allows us to significantly increase
the quality and value of our deliverables by increasing
staff utilization and performance. Working on our Oracle
Clinical™ system, the BioCAB
