OC CAB staff produce Data Management services that are technology and process based working remotely on our client’s OC systems, and using the customers standardized processes and procedures. This method of operation allows us to focus on production of the functional services and add significant value by increasing utilization.

The company is organized into five Functional Service Units (FSUs):

• Database Development and Programming

• Data Entry

• Clinical Coding

• Auditing and QC

Each FSU is supported by very experienced systems and networking professionals. Within each FSU, there are client-dedicated OC CAB staff working on our client’s OC systems producing client specific deliverables. Since we are focused on functional services production, we have a flat organizational structure with a single tier of non-production management. This allows us to reduce overhead costs and maintain a very high level of utilization.
